We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Manager to support our outside sales team in the Twin Cities Metro area. This role will actively promote and sell Chamberlain Oil’s full line of products while building strong, long-term customer partnerships.

Job Description

As a Territory Manager at Chamberlain Oil, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and strengthening customer relationships within an assigned territory. This is a field-based position and requires a disciplined, self-motivated sales professional who can effectively manage a territory, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Increase the awareness of the Chamberlain Oil brand within assigned territory

- Develop and execute a strategic, organized territory coverage plan to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

- Conduct consistent, structured sales calls to targeted prospects and existing customers

- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

- Collaborate with the sales manager to identify expansion opportunities within the territory

- Coordinate with customer service team to ensure seamless order entry, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction

- Maintain strong product knowledge through vendor training, internal training, and ongoing professional development

- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, customer updates, pipeline reports, and expense reports

- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as requested

- Manage multiple priorities across a geographic territory while adapting to customer and market needs

- Help address and resolve customer concerns related to products or service in a timely and professional manner

- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, credit, inventory, and delivery processes

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based software platforms
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional and positive attitude when working with customers and colleagues
  • Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
